Your privacy is important to us, so we treat the information you give us with utmost care. We are honored by your trust, and are committed to providing you with valuable Christian resources and services while protecting the information you provide us.
Basic Confidentiality Policy
Where personal information is required to use or interact with the Sites, it is our policy that this information — such as your name, postal or email address, or telephone number — is private and confidential. The personal information you provide to us is stored in a secure location, accessible only by appropriate staff, and is used for the purposes set forth in this policy, such as to reply to a question or to send requested materials.
If you have any questions regarding our policies below or questions that we have not answered, please feel free to e-mail or call us and we will be happy to assist you with the information you need.
Web Site Privacy
In order to gain full benefit of some of our site offerings, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give their contact information (such as name, email address and interests). This information is used to contact members about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest. It is optional for the member to provide demographic information (such as the number of family members and their age), but including such information is encouraged so we can provide a more personalized experience on our site.
We may, from time to time, share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.
No data transmissions over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100 percent secure. Consequently, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you understand that any information that you transfer to us is done at your own risk. However, we use website security measures consistent with current best practices to protect its website, email and mailing lists. These measures include technical, procedural, monitoring and tracking steps intended to safeguard data from misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, loss, alteration or destruction.
This website takes every precaution to protect our members' information. When members submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line. When members are asked to enter sensitive information that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry — SSL. While on a secure page, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Google Chrome and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just 'surfing.' While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect member-information off-line.
If you have any questions about the security at our web site, you can send an email to Security@ThinkInnovative.com.
Supplementation of Information
In order for this website to properly fulfill its obligation to our members, it may be necessary for us to supplement the information we receive with information from third party sources. For example, in order for this website to enhance its ability to tailor the site to an individual's preference, we may combine information about the purchasing habits of members with similar information from our partners to create a personalized member profile. When a member makes a purchase from either of these two companies, the companies collect and share that purchase information with us so we can tailor the site to our members' preferences. We do not sell or provide the supplemented information to any third party or to our partners.
Site and Service Updates
We also send the member site and service announcement updates. Members are not able to un-subscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the services they are using. We communicate with the members to provide requested services and in regard to issues relating to their account via email or phone.
Correction/Updating Personal Information
If a member's personally identifiable information changes (such as your zip code) this information can be corrected by logging in to My Account and selecting "My Profile".
We communicate with our members on a regular basis via email. For example, we may use your email address to confirm your request, to send you notice of order status, to send you information about changes to our products and services, and to send notices and other disclosures as required by law. Generally, members cannot opt-out of these communications, but they will be primarily informational in nature rather than promotional.
However, we provide you the opportunity to exercise an opt-out choice if you do not want to receive other types of communications from us, such as messages or updates from us regarding new services and products offered on the Sites. For emails, you may opt-out by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link within the text of an email or you can unsubscribe by going to here and entering your email address. We will process your unsubscribe as soon as possible, but please be aware that in some circumstances you may receive a few more messages until the unsubscribe is processed.
Our E-Mail Policy
If we have your e-mail address on file, you may occasionally receive e-mails with special offers or notices about our site that might interest you. We hope you enjoy receiving these e-mails. However, if you would prefer not to receive any e-mail of this nature from us, you can unsubscribe by going to here and entering your email address.
Our Catalog & Mailing Policy
If you supply us with your postal address online, you may receive periodic mailings from us with information about new products and services or upcoming events. If you prefer not to receive such mailings, please let us know by sending an e-mail to Member.Services@ThinkInnovative.com. Please specify in your correspondence that you do not wish to receive mailings from us and provide us with your exact name and address.
Policies for Children Under 18 Years Old
We encourage parents and guardians to spend time with their children online and enjoy our site with their children. However, no information should be submitted to this site by individuals 17 years old or younger without their parent's or guardian's consent. We do not provide any personally identifying information, regardless of its source, to any third party for any purpose whatsoever from our guests under 18 years of age except as required to provide the third-party services offered to our members on our site (i.e. those services hosted by a third party) and in such cases, only the information necessary to use such services is provided (i.e. member name and password). When a child under 18 years old registers, he or she is required to provide the e-mail address of his or her parent or guardian.
Please email any problems or questions to Customer Service. While we may not be able to respond to every report, we take each report seriously and will investigate it thoroughly.
Modifications of this Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify and amend this Agreement in any manner at any time by posting a change notice or new agreement on www.shopcwfa.org. Your continued use of this web site and the purchase of any product or service through the use of this web site constitute your prior acceptance of the terms of such change notice or new agreement.
